On 26-30th of June 7th Congress of the European Federation of Pharmacology was held in Istanbul, Turkey. It was attended by representatives of DTMU : Professor S. Tabagari, Assoc. Professor N. Bregvadze-Tabagari and Assist. Professor V. Mirtskhulava.
Congress consisted Plenary Sessions, oral presentations and workshop sessions.
Conference theme covered a wide range of experimental and clinical studies, newly discovered markers and new possibilities for the use of “bones”, research results of the improvement of animal-to-human transmissions models. Also there was discussed new approaches of a number of diseases (eg: allergic) and systems (cardiology) in pharmacology and potential violations in targets.
Congress took place during the attack on the Ataturk Airport.
Regarding the issue David Tvildiani Medical University expresses solidarity to the Turkish population and the families of the victims.
