Project Goals: The main aim of the project PACT is to successfully transfer existing knowledge accumulated by the European Commission for project developers to the Caucasus Region and contribute to capacity building and international relations in Caucasus universities.
The specific objectives of PACT are:
- Develop a curriculum for a 6-month project development training for young researchers, lecturers, international liaison officers and PhD students;
- Implement a 6-month project development training programme in Caucasus universities for young researchers, lecturers, international liaison officers and PhD students
- Provide an open-access platform with project development support tools in local languages for Caucasus universities (AZ, HY, KA)
- Provide a mentoring system for young researchers, lecturers, PhD students and international liaison officers between EU and Caucasus universities.

Project Goals: The main aim of the project ePBLnet is development of an International Network, ePBLnet, focused on Medical Education Centres (MECs) for the development and implementation of innovative teaching strategies, starting with modernisation of the early undergraduate medical curriculum.
The specific objectives of ePBLnet are:
- Establish a Supra-Regional Network based on 3 national medical education centres (MECs) in GE, UA and KZ
- Use MECs to modernise the teacher-based and classroom-orientated biomedical science component of the medicine course in 6 universities in the PCs. Restructure with a focus on competence-based learning and assessment systems built around Problem-Based Learning and Virtual Patients, with increased relevance to clinical practice
- Link with other medical education networks with similar needs for modernisation and cultural preservation e.g the Czech/Slovak MEFANET and the mEducator/eViP network for multi-lingual, multi-cultural resource development
- Use this ePBLnet ‘string of pearls’ network through KZ, UA, GE, CY, EL, MEFANET, UK and local EC Programs, to generate the critical mass of academics/institutions needed for sustainable development in medical education
- Focus this development through self-funded ePBLnet conferences and workshops beyond the project lifetime

Project Goals: The core objective of the project is to enhance the quality of teaching and learning processes that are based on the principles of academic integrity and supported by policies, mechanisms and tools that help prevent and detect cases of plagiarism in higher education institutions in Georgia.
The specific objectives of INTEGRITY are:
- To introduce Plagiarism Detection & Prevention/feedback instrument in Georgian universities, i.e. Turnitin Feedback Studio electronic program and integration into the existing Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle system (Turnitin+Moodle);
- To Design &Launch Coherent and Consistent PR Campaign of Plagiarism Awareness in Georgian HEIs targeting both students and faculty/teaching staff;
- To Develop and Deliver Faculty/teaching Staff Training Modules in the area of Effective Assessment, Teaching, and Learning;
- To Develop &Enhance Student Services to Boost their Academic Skills for Academic Integrity;
- To Review Academic Writing Curriculum at all 3 levels of Studies against standards and requirements established for written academic communication;
- To develop University Policies and Resources to help design a framework of policies and regulations that are conducive to quality teaching and learning processes based on the principles of academic integrity.

Project Goals: Overall objective of the HERD project is to upgrade the research capacity of Georgian universities through developing the research and development units operating within the target universities through series of trainings on strategic planning, importance of institutional data, data analysis and online research management platforms, thus contributing to upgrading the Georgian research capacity on the national level.
The specific objectives of HERD are:
- Establish a joint research platform through introducing a Research Management software in target universities
- Create an Online Georgian Research Portal that will display the state-of-the art information on the activities, human resources and infrastructure of the academic institutions in Georgia.
- Upgrade the research management and data analysis skills of the target university administrative personnel
- Enhance the capacity of the target universities in respect to research transfer and university-industry collaboration
